The tomato saga. Well I keep trying and I'm not happy with the results. The Sweet 100 cherry tomato that's in the topsy turvey is not looking good and only had 3 tomatoes so far. The flowers are not producing. Some stems started to yellow. I don't know if it's a disease so I sprayed it with a mixture of neem powder, water and a few drops of dish soap. I had to strain the neem mixture twice so it would not clog the sprayer.
I also used it on my BHN 602. That one seriously has problems. Four tomatoes on a plant that's taller than me.
The other tomato plant that I purchased last week started getting spots on the leaves two days. I'm returning it tomorrow.
I'm not giving up so I purchased a Husky Cherry Red today and will plant it in a 5 gallon container. I drilled holes on the bottom. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Finally Cucumbers
Yeah, finally have cucumbers growing. I hope to have more growing. I first noticed them when I had one vine that spilled over the pot and hovered near the ground. There were three starting but then the rains came and I lost two. I moved the vine so it can vine up the trellis and then I saw the other two.

Aarrhhh!
These squash bugs are a pain in the butt. I'm diligent with the insecticidal soap. I check my garden every morning and there they are. Usually I find no more than two. The zucchini did not make it and the squash in going downhill.
The cucumber is doing well. I actually had three little cukes starting. But the daily rain storm did them in.
